"The purposes and activities of the Association shall be to aid in promoting improvements in the administration of justice and advancements in jurisprudence, to improve relations between the legal profession and the public, and to promote the interests of the local legal community.

These goals shall include:

(a)  Promoting, improving and maintaining high standards of business practice consistent with the ethical aspects of the profession.

(b)  Assisting the Courts and Court personnel in developing practices and procedures such as court rules, administrative orders, and/or other practices, and in any manner to obtain the expeditious disposition of matters coming before the Court, consistent with the rights of the parties, the administration of justice and ethical standards.

(c)  Disseminating matters of substantive and procedural law as well as other information relative to the practice of law, to its members, consistent with the interest of justice and the general welfare of the profession."
